It is true that, actions speak louder than words and therefore what we do is more important than what we say.
However, it is equally true that words of encouragement can also work wonders to motivate a person.
Similarly, unjust criticism can dampen one’s spirit from doing good work.
It is also important to note that how we say or do is more important than the way we say or do. A sarcastic praise is discouraging. And helping someone grudgingly is of no use.
