DECIDE BY MIND AND IMPLEMENT BY HEART!
When should make a decision using our mind (intellect) and implement with our heart (emotions – passion).
In other words, we should be objective in making our decisions and may be subjective while implementing them.
We should decide based on the resources available, our skills/knowledge, information available and circumstances. However once the decision is reached we should stretch ourselves and put our heart and soul in implementing them.
