If we believe that we are good and healthy, we will feel like that. If we believe that we are weak and sick, we will experience the same.
Our body produces enzymes/chemical reaction based on our thoughts. Therefore to experience health and happiness, we should think of health and positivity.
In a day we receive thousands of thoughts and majority of them are negative. Moreover, our social environment (including media) spreads lot of negativity. We, therefore, need to work hard to stay and think positive.
Powerful positive self assertions in early morning is one of the best ways to stay positive. Its great to start our day with positive thoughts. Everyday remind yourself three things: 1) You are cut out for big things in life; 2) your best is yet to come and 3) Today is my best day.
