FIND THE REASONS FOR YOUR FAILURE AND NOT THE PEOPLE!
When things go wrong, it is advisable to identify the causes and circumstances behind them rather than people. When we blame people, we not only lose the events or things but also people and relationships.
Blaming people will ruin the relationship with them and blaming the self will ruin relationship with the self, i.e. lowering self esteem.
And isn’t it true that the same people may act differently in different circumstances and the same applies to ourselves as well. Therefore, essentially it is circumstances that determines our behaviour.
May God bless us with the wisdom to find the objective reasons for failure rather than subjective motives of people behind it!
