“Trust” is a divine emotion and helps us to achieve many things in life, as without trusting people it is impossible to strike any relationship or delegate work.
In an office environment we may trust someone’s potentials and abilities, but more important virtues are integrity, honesty and loyalty. We may test a person before reposing trust in him. Mere abilities are not enough, right attitude and willingness to work hard makes a difference.
