One of the best ways to have a good mental health is by keeping busy. If we are busy in some productive, constructive or worthwhile activity we remain mentally fit. A person who retires early without any occupation, often ages faster than his working life.

One should engage in some productive activities suitable to one’s health and likings, during retirement. One can pursue one’s hobbies or passion which were unattended earlier due to the paucity of time.

If we keep our body and mind engage in positive activities, we remain healthy and happy. We may remain amidst younger generations to feel their energy and remain young at heart.

May God bless us with the wisdom to spend our golden years with joyful activities!
