Humans are bestowed with a gift of “acclimatisation”. It means to adapt to a new temperature, altitude, climate, environment, or a situation.
If we mentally accept the new environment, then our body also gets acclimatised faster. Acclimatisation of body and mind is inter-related an interdependent.
Mere acclimatisation is not enough, but we need to grow and enjoy the new environment. If we move to the new environment by choice or voluntarily opt for the new situations, then our acceptance is high and acclimatisation is easy. However, if we are forced, then the acclimatisation is difficult.
