RESPECTFUL BEHAVIOUR WINS HEARTS!
Even a plant cannot take abuses and will wither away if ill treated, then imagine what would happen to a human being.
Some bosses or superiors regularly criticise or absue their staff/juniors. People work for such bosses, not out of love, but compulsion.
Respect for the fellow human being is the cardinal principle of a civilised society. Therefore, any such ill treatment should not be tolerated.
Any organisation and/or individual indulging in such inhuman behaviour are bound to perish. When Karmik cycle turns, they will be punished by the Universe.
