Sometimes we lose track of main issue and waste time on other unimportant issues. This happens in meetings, discussions, family matters, and/or even in our personal work.
Digression from the real issue or issue at hands is a common problem or a phenomenon. This shows lack of disciplined approach in handling issues, discussions or even research or personal matters.
We need to write down our priorities and handle matters in that order. Other digressing thoughts should be parked aside for the time being. This way we can increase our efficiency, effectiveness and energy levels.
