PROPER NURTURING CAN HELP A SAPLING GROW NATURALLY – SAME IS WITH OUR KIDS & LOVED ONES!
A sapling needs care, nurturing and protection. It can grow into a big tree 
only if it gets right environment. Similarly, our duty is to provide a right environment to our kids, family and staff to grow in life.
However, our nurturing should not stifle the saplings. This happens when they are planted too close to the big tree or are under it and thereby deprived of Sunlight. We, too, should allow our kids to rub shoulders with the world, allow them to face challenges and succeed.
We can be there to support in case of need. We can act as a safety net to catch them, if they fall, but all these from a distance.
