We need not go out of the way to help others. It is enough, if we help people on our way.
Unfortunately, some people may change their ways if seeing someone seeking help. This is dehumanisation of society. We need to arrest this and help as many people as possible.
If each one of us takes care of needy people on their way, no one would need to go out of the way.
