We should identify our stress buster activities to remain healthy. We can pursue our hobbies to reduce the stress level. 

Music is one of the universal stress busters. We should identify a particular raga that appeals to us. Music can not only destress us, but could cure many incurable diseases. 

Walking is another good stress buster. For some Meditation, Exercise, Swimming etc. could be stress busters. 

Celebration is again a universal stress buster. Luckily in India we have many festivals and occasions to celebrate, which helps us to remain stress free.
