Every person has his own speed of life. A person has his own speed of understanding or grasping a thing. Everyone has different levels of growth, maturity and skills. Therefore, equating them with our own set of standards may not work. Contrarily, such a benchmarking will frustrate us.
Having said that, a sincere attempt should be made to raise their skills, speed of understanding etc. If that person also puts in equal efforts, a beautiful result can be achieved.
