Just as our brain is safe in the hard skull, we should have a hard cover for our mind as well. The fragile brain is protected by strong calvaria. Similarly, fargile mind needs to be protected by strong wall of our thoughts.
If we are mentally weak, meaning, overly emotional then we may get disturbed very fast. Anyone can pant a seed of doubt in a weak mind, but cannot dare to do so with a strong personality.
Having developed strong exterior, our inner core should be mild (soft) enough to experience higher emotions such as love, compassion, trust etc.
