RESORT TO MEDITATION TO REDUCE THE MEDICATION!

With mobile becoming computer and bombarding of social media, our mind is constantly busy. The restful mind is becoming restless, with the result stress and anxiety are increasing. 

What we need is periodic breaks for our mind. Short mental breaks are tea breaks can rejuvenate our mind.

We can do short meditations, prayers or just chatting with our colleagues/family keeping mobile away. If the craving for mobile is very much, then watch some refreshing contents for the mind.

May God bless us with the wisdom to increase the doses of meditation to reduce the doses of medication!
