BE IN THE PRSENT – FROM MINDFULL TO MINDFULNESS!
Sometimes we are unable to see the what is before us. At times we are unable to hear what is told to us. Sometimes we are unable to comprehend what is happening to us. Many times we are unable to say what we want to say. We need not panic if any of the above things happen to us.
It is natural to lose awareness of the present moment. This happens when our mind is full or preoccupied with thoughts. Absent mindedness is a common phenomenon.
All we need to do is, to take long breaths and come back to the present moment.
May God bless us with the wisdom remain in the present moment!
Tathastu! Swasti Siddham! Amen! So Be It!
