Always encourage people to decide for themselves.
Over concerned parents, take many decisions for their kids, and in the process their growth is stifled.
In a close relationship of husband and wife, we often find one person taking majority decisions on behalf of the other. This is not good for a healthy relationship.
Often we find people in power fear to delegate decision making and therefore fail to generate leaders.
We take decisions for others, as we fear that they will make mistakes. But, unless they try, how can they grow and be confident?
