We are not limited by our physical body or looks but we are limited by our thoughts, spirit, courage, attitude, fears, insecurity, phobia and all negative emotions and limiting beliefs.
A person with fragile body like Gandhiji or a small stature of Shashtriji could leave their marks in the world through their indomitable spirit, courage and wisdom.
Therefore, it is good to work on our body but better to work on our attitude as well, because it is attitude which will decide our altitude in life.
