Every time God doesn’t descend to help His creation. He sends his messangers (गण या पार्षदों) to take care of or guide His beloved devotees.
We should be able to identify these messangers and seek their advice or protection. It is easier said than done. Therefore, the best way is to pray to God to introduce His messanger to us and take care of us.
If we work on ourselves and purify our Chitta represented by our buddhi (vivek) and emotions, we may be able to receive direct communication from God.
