One of the best ways to forget our pains is by helping those in pain. When we empathise and feel other’s pains, we forget our own pains.
If we keep cribbing and crying about our pain we experience more of it. Although it is not easy to get over of our pains, we can certainly try with the help of prayers, Guru’s grace and our own efforts.
When we look and experience others difficulties, perhaps, our troubles may look insignificant.
