Giving up anything is not easy in life, whether we possess it or not. Often the wish for possesion is so powerful that we may not be able to leave that wish also.
Detachment calls for powerful determination, which comes with Guru’s or God’s grace and blessings. We may start practicing giving up.

Let’s start by giving up with the useless things, like our ego, lying, negative thinking, criticising, different vices and so on.
