*HAPPY 77TH REPUBLIC DAY*
Today we have celebrated 77th Republic Day. This day we adopted Indian Constitution and vowed to uphold it and live by it. Rule of Law was adopted to be Supreme with powers to enact laws given to the elected representatives of people in the Parliament. Judiciary is supposed to protect the Constitution and rights of people.
Unfortunately, we are still far from good laws (as there are many archaic/obsolete laws or laws of Colonial era having no relevance today) and efficient Judiciary system. Today Laws are enacted for exceptions resulting in harassment of innocent & llaw abiding citizens.
May God bless with the wisdom to raise our voice for the fair and balanced laws!
