EXPLORE – LEARN- PRACTICE AND MASTER THE SKILL!
We should first try to do things on our own before seeking help from others. Exploring or attempting things/tasks on our own increases self confidence and self esteem. One success leads to the other and we evolve in the process.
Even when we learn things from others, we should try to do it on our own next time. Putting our training to test is the best way to learn a new thing and by regular practice we can master the new skills.
