We need a bigger thrust to change the orbit. This energy we get from our attitude and thoughts. People fear even thinking big. People fear taking responsibility and accountability, the two pillars for growth and success.
As we soar higher and higher, the objects on earth appears smaller and smaller. Similarly, as we attain higher stature, we should not be concerned about trivial matters.
We can focus on higher goals only when we stop looking at smaller ones. While doing so, we should not miss out on any important minute details, but we should certainly ignore small and trivial matters.
