PERIODIC INTROSPECTION IS REQUIRED TO IMPROVE OURSELVES!
We are living in a strange world where people easily forget our goodness – talents and remember our shortcomings. We cannot change the world and hence should ignore what others say or think about us and focus on our work and growth.
Periodically we should do SWOT analysis (Strengths – Weaknesses – Opportunities and Threats) to know our progress, growth and do course correction, if required.
Some right criticisms from others are good to improve us and for us to remain grounded. We should take them in our stride and improve on our shortcomings.
