The entire Universe works on Energy, so also human beings. Our well being is determined based on our level of energy. Someday, we feel energetic, whereas sometimes we are low on energy. This is a natural process.
Good rest, positive thoughts and motivation energies us, whereas stress, hardwork and negative thoughts drains our energy.
Sometimes some sick or negative person also draws/drains our energy. After meeting such person we need to recoup our energy through rest, meditation and/or positive thoughts.
It is good to give our energy to a needy person as by doing so we are contributing in that person’s life.
