TAKE RESPONSIBILITIES TO GROW IN LIFE!
Many people shirk from taking responsibilities. This trend in increasing in today’s young generation. Today youngsters want fat pay package but are reluctant to take responsibility attached to a post.
Many avoid marriage due to the same reason. Some refuse promotions/transfers due to additional responsibilities. When a responsibility is equated with bondage, a person stops growing. Freedom is in accepting responsibility and growing with it.
A person who struggles, works hard sincerely, and is dedicated to his work and profession more than his pay package/earning will surely grow in life. Handsome earning will follow the firm footing in the business/profession.
