*OUR MIND CAN BE OUR BEST FRIEND OR A WORST ENEMY!*
We may go far off places in search of peace, but what if our mind doesn’t co-operate. As long as our mind is agitated we may not find peace even in the most serene place. Change of place will work, if we are able to change the focus of our mind as well.
For attaining peace we need to talk positively to our mind. Some sure shot ways to calm down agitated mind are as follows:
1. Fill your mind with thoughts of peace, courage, health, hope and prayers.
2. Count your blessings and not troubles. (Write down your blessings in a note book)
3. Co-operate with the inevitable. (Whatever happened was destined and had to happen that way only. Don’t held yourself responsible for it)
4. Express gratitude to God and all those who contributed to your life.(Write a gratitude journal)
5. Remember, your best is yet to come. (Say it to yourself several times in a day)
6. Tell the whole world, *”I am what I am, accept me as I am.”* (Don’t bother about what world thinks of you)
7. Write positive affirmations and read them loudly once before the breakfast.
May God bless us with the wisdom to train our mind to calm down, think positive and remain sharp all the time!
Tathastu! Swasti Siddham! Amen! So Be It!
