By belittling others we can’t raise our stature. We should be mindful of situations around.
Some people have a habit of scolding their juniors in public. This is blatantly wrong and undesirable. By scolding a person you may be able to send message to others, but at what cost -the self-esteem of a person scolded? Not at all desirable.

We should always praise and give respect to our employees in front of their families so that their families feel proud.
A good treatment with less money is better than good money with bad treatment. A person cannot work if he has lost his self-esteem.
