Our primary duty is to take care of ourselves. We cannot serve others with sick mind and body. We need to be strong, both mentally and physically.
While good reading, satsang and good company can keep us fit mentally, physical exercise, Yoga and Pranayam can keep us fit physically. Pranayama can help us cure even mental disorders.
On the eve of the International Yoga Day, let’s make a strong resolve to do exercise every day. In today’s sedentary lifestyle, our health has gone for a toss. Work from Home has further deteriorated the situation.
