If we look at our troubles they magnify. If we look at our blessings they too magnify. The choice is ours. If we know our strengths and blessings, we can easily fight our troubles. However, if we are busy looking at troubles then they appear monsterous/overwhelming.
Therefore, wisemen say, count your blessings and not your troubles. Everyone has problems in their lives, but everyone may not be lucky to have resources, education, or support system that we have.
We should thank God every moment for taking care of us.
