FRIENDS OR FOES, IT ALL DEPENDS ON US!
If we want to make friends, we should praise people genuinely and generously. Jealousy and criticism can earn us only enemies, and not friends. Still we indulge in criticism day in and day out.
The negative emotions within us get powers by our indulgence in wrongs. This indulgence boost our ego and therefore, we feel good, albeit, this feel-good emotion is false and temporary.
We need strong conviction and determination to desist criticism despite temptation to do so.
