“Strong Personality” is a boon as well as, a curse.
If the strong personality is characterized by assertiveness, self conviction and self confidence then it is a boon. However, if the strong personality is the result of arrogance and ego, then it is a curse.
Humility is the hallmark of a strong person and therefore, one needs to be humble but not a timid. Our humility should not be misunderstood as our weakness.
