Seating in our posh homes and offices, we cannot appreciate the difficulties faced by people at the grassroots levels.
For understanding their problems we need to go to that level, be amidst them for sometime, listen to their woes.
Only after engaging with them, we can empathise and do something for them. We may get overwhelmed by the sheer magnitude of problems, but then we should do whatever is possible and is within our reach.
