It is our duty to give free and Frank feedback of any service or product that we consume. People shy away from giving feedback and that perpetuates lacks or deficiencies in service or product.

Some service providers take people for granted and charge more even for sub par or substandard services. They should be made accountable and exposed if they don’t return money or improve their services. This “hota hai, chalta hai” (होता है, चलता है..) attitude should be changed..

Even if we have consumed services and left place, our feedback will be useful for future consumers. Genuine entrepreneurs will take feedback positively and improvise their services.
