“KEEPING BUSY” IS THE SECRET OF LONG AND HEALTHY LIFE!
Human mind needs some or other activities, thoughts or engagement. It is difficult to sit idle and think nothing. Even in a meditation, we are advised to focus on one thought, sound, sholka, breaths etc.
Therefore, one who retires early or without any occupation ages faster than one who is active. Our body ages faster than our mind and therefore it needs to be controlled, otherwise it may give us lots of pain.
The best way to control our mind is to keep it busy in some productive, constructive thoughts or activities.
May God bless us with the wisdom to keep our mind occupied in some gainful activities/thoughts!
