SETTLE THE DISPUTE AND MOVE ON IN LIFE!
Timings of a solution assume great significance. Timely receipt of less money is more important than more money at a later date. That’s what justifies bill discounting and interest payment.
Another aspect is about mental peace and satisfaction. *It is better to settle for less amount and move on in life, than to litigate for years and get a little more.* By the time we get the (higher) reward, we may not be in a position or good health to enjoy it. So what’s the point?
That said, one should not negotiate as a loser. Negotiation has to be from the point of strength. However, one should know when to let go wealth and buy peace. Nothing at the cost of peace and health.
