Jai Gurudev! Divine Soul!

LET THE CLOUDS OF WORRIES DISPERSE FOR YOUR MIND TO BASK IN SUNSHINE!

When the water of a lake is disturbed, the dirt comes on the surface and makes it opaque. However, when the water is still, one can see through it.

Same is with our mind. When it is confused or disturbed, it is hazy and unclear. We cannot see through a disturbed mind.

For example, when our mind is preoccupied with some thought, we don’t register things before our eyes. We may see them, but do not register them. We may drive a long distance just out of our reflexes without paying attention to the details.

It is therefore, advisable to defer important decisions of life when our mind is disturbed, agitated, angry or depressed. We should wait for it to calm down. We should make efforts to divert it from that single disturbing thought to something interesting.

May God bless us with the wisdom to work upon our mind and make it strong, agile and alert!

Tathastu! Swasti Siddham! Amen! So Be It!
