WORK-LIFE BALANCE IS NOT ONLY DESIRABLE, BUT ALSO NECESSARY!
We don’t feel tired while doing what we love to do. Most of the time we are so engrossed in doing what we like that we forget bodily discomforts or tiredness. It is only after the task is completed or event concludes that we feel tiredness. For example, we work day and night for the wedding in a family, or for preparing for exams, or any other important event.
On the contrary, anything that we don’t like, but have to do, makes us tired quickly. This shows supremacy of Mind over Matter (Body).
While we may use our mind power to stretch our capabilities, we should also listen to our body and rest enough. For we need to be healthy to enjoy our achievements.
May God bless us with the wisdom to do what we love to do with proper care and rest!
