We don’t get tired by doing something we like, but by doing something we don’t like. We may not get work of our liking all the time, as some work needs to be performed wether we like it or not.
Many of us may not like to exercise, but it is must for our health, similarly we must eat healthy food and develop other good habits even if we don’t like them.
We should therefore, include certain MUST ITEMS/THINGS in our daily routine to remain healthy and fit.
