The experience of our past failure is the biggest roadblock in our present success, unless we overcome it consciously.
If a particular way or method did not yield us success, we should try a new way or a method. We may explore new ideas as well. And if someone is trying new ways or methods we should not discourage. Rather we should encourage such people.
