Mental clarity comes only when our mind is calm or peaceful. An agitated or a stressful mind cannot think clearly. Therefore, we should not make any crucial decision when we are agitated or in stress. We should try not to lose our cool even in any provoking situation, as it will completely blur our thinking.
When agitated, we should avoid talking or arguing with loved ones, as it may aggravate the matter. We should drink a glass of water and leave the place or sit quietly.
