We should not accept or occupy a post that we cannot justify. Every post or position has attached duties and expectations.
We should have necessary skills, energy, inclination and passion to work for the post that we adore, or else we should make a way for others.
In any case, one should not cling to any post for a long time. Fresh blood, fresh ideas and renewed enthusiasm are required to work hard.
