We play different roles on this earth. While we may be good at some, in some we may not fare well.
One may be a good family member, but not so good as employee/boss. One may be a good friend to someone, but an enemy to other. Lots of factors determine our relationships with people. Therefore, it is not proper to label someone based on any particular relationship.
Having said that, one should strive to be good human being. If we are inherently good, even our enemy will think twice before speaking ill of us or harm us.
