OUR MIND CAN MAKE OR MAR OUR LIFE! IT ALL DEPENDS UPON HOW WE TRAIN IT!
We cannot listen to any conversation over a call or even in person amidst a loud music. Similarly, we cannot listen to our inner voice amidst loud chattering of thoughts in our mind.
Our mind is usually preoccupied with countless thoughts, some meaningful whereas majority of them are useless.
Within us, in the deep recesses of our subconscious mind, our samsakara of many births are stored. They surface in the form of Vasanas, and project themselves on the screen of Chitta, just as images are projected on a screen in a theatre. Unless we clean them or reduce their frequency greatly, we can neither experience the Real Self – Atma, residing within us nor listen to Its voice.
