THOUGHTS CAN MAKE OR BREAK US!
During the day thousands of thoughts cross our mind. Many (for most if us, “majority”) of them are negative. The frequency of thoughts is greater if we are idle and/or our mind is not occupied.
If we get carried away with negative thoughts, then they can create havoc with us. They can create stress, anxiety and psychosomatic diseases. Therefore, we need to be careful.
We should do two things:
(1). Keep Busy.
(2). Gradually change our thought pattern and make it positive.
Thought pattern can be changed by being in the company of positive people, by reading inspirational stories, by filling our mind with thoughts of peace, courage, health, hope and prayers. If we train our mind to think positively, we can achieve many breakthroughs in life.
