Today let’s pay respect to Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj who established Surajya and protected Sanatan Dharma. He bravely fought Mughals and saved Hindu religion.
He practiced “Dharmo Rakshati Rakshat” in letter and spirit. He awakened pride and self respect in his subjects. He was not against any religion, but would not tolerate insult of his religion either.
His respect for elders, his Guru, his religion, his deities was supreme.
We have a to learn a lot from his life.
