LOVE LIBERATES, ATTACHMENT ENSLAVES!
When we love something we are happy in enjoying it. When we love someone we are happy in that person’s progress.
However, when we are attracted to a thing, we are habituated by it. Our pleasure is more in possession of it rather than enjoying.
In relationship too, we become possessive when we have more of attachment than love.
Attachment brings insecurity – the fear of losing, whereas love brings security – feeling of caring.
May God bless us with the wisdom to relate with people in love rather than attachment!
